1. Call-Out Fees

A £100 call-out fee applies to all confirmed appointments.

This includes up to 30 minutes of on-site diagnostics at your chosen location.

If you proceed with repair work during the visit or book a follow-up repair with us, £50 of the call-out fee will be credited toward the final bill.

2. Additional Work and Charges

Any work beyond the included 30-minute diagnostic period will be quoted before proceeding.

Labour, parts, or extended diagnostics are billed separately, with full transparency before any additional costs are incurred.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations require at least 2 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may be charged the full £100 call-out fee.

No-shows or customer unavailability on arrival will also be charged the full fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion of the diagnostic or repair unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty & Liability

All repairs are guaranteed for specified warranty period, e.g., 6 months or 10,000 miles, unless stated otherwise.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure the vehicle is safely accessible and parked legally.

If working conditions are unsafe (e.g., poor lighting, weather, or traffic), the mechanic may reschedule or decline service.

7. Emergencies and Delays

In the event of unexpected delays, emergencies, or traffic, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an updated ETA or reschedule if needed.
